Mr. Martinen is a member of the New York State Bar and holds a German law degree focusing on European/International Law and Corporate Law. He also obtained his Master's degree in Law (LL.M) in the United States with a concentration on Entertainment Law, Multi-media Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
Armed with his double law degrees, he is also an active independent producer and talent manager.
Prior to founding his own full service entertainment company, Mr. Martinen assisted with U.S. and European co-productions. With his unique background and practical experience in the entertainment industry, Mr. Martinen's legal philosophy is talent-focused and results-driven.
Ms. de Leon is a member of the California State Bar and obtained her law degree from the UCLA School of Law, where she specifically studied Entertainment Law, Copyright, and Trademark. She also holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from UCLA.
With a solid litigation background, Ms. de Leon has represented individual plaintiffs and corporate defendants alike. As a former litigator, she gained an understanding of a variety of deals, transactions, and negotiations, leveraging these skills in the service of the independent filmmaker and artist. Recently, she spear-headed the development of a business immigration practice to support the business and travel needs of multi-national artists and production companies.
