Arizona history was made when Yanni became the first promoter in the state to produce/direct/write a rocumentary concert film, When Legends Meet,, featuring two international megastars: the Latin Grammy Winning, Kings of Salsa - El Gran Combo and the Godfather of Latin House, Secreto, formerly of Sancocho with their multi-platinum hit Tumba La Casa. The film obtained an advance from a leading independent in a recent worldwide distribution deal. In addition to being co-owner of the four volume Dirty South Hip Hop catalog featuring a track from Ludacris, he was Producer / Director / Writer of an infomercial for Arizona developer John Jennings and negotiated a mid-five figure contract with royalties and ancillaries to author the novel "Working On A Building", the rags-to-riches story of a Phoenix entrepreneur. He is a certified teacher in film writing as well as film & music production.

SCRIPT ANALYSIS SERVICE

He worked six years as a script analyst and screenwriting teacher for Hollywood Script Analysis in LA, CA, where he analyzed over a thousand scripts. There are two methods of service Yanni offers.

STEP PROGRESSION

This method is done in a two-tiered manner.

Tier 1: Send a hard copy (printed out) version of your script with return address information to LAY Entertainment, Inc., POB 44842, Phoenix, AZ 85064. Yanni analyzes the script for correct format in all areas (headings, character, parenthetical, exposition, dialogue, transitions). He also examines dialogue and exposition and reports on how to use techniques in these two critical areas to improve the script. After making all his findings, he returns everything to you. Enclose a $300 certified check, money order, or personal check payable to LAY Entertainment, Inc. Any payment must clear the bank before analysis begins.

Tier 2: After you have corrected all the areas Yanni noted, send the rewritten version of your script to the same address. This time Yanni provides written notes on the script and a multi-page script analysis report covering the areas of Story Structure (Beginning, Middle, End), the Three Golden Rules, Story Problems, Character Development, Scene Construction, Scene Integration, and Commercial Values. Enclose another $300 certified check, money order, or personal check payable to LAY Entertainment, Inc. Any payment must clear the bank before analysis begins.

In the Step Progression method, the total cost is $600, but is done over two stages to help your cash flow.

ALL AT ONCE

In this method Yanni combines all the script analysis areas of the Step Progression. Both tiers are covered in the same depth. The difference is that you only send the script once and he returns his findings and your script only once. Mail the script to the same address and provide your return address. Upon script analysis completion, Yanni will return the script marked with notes and provide a multi-page script analysis report as well. In the All At Once method, the total cost is $500 - a savings of $100 or approximately 17%.
