Curran G. Engel has worked in the motion picture industry for over a decade on more than 200 music videos, commercials, documentary, corporate and feature films, laboring his way up from intern to producer.  Over the course of his career he has worked in varying capacities, for Walt Disney Co., Warner Bros., NBC Television, and more, including a number of independent productions.

Some of his many screen credits include:

• "This Space Between Us" featuring Jeremy Sisto, Poppy Montgomery, Eric Paladino, Alex Kingston, Vanessa Marcil, and Gary Marshall.
• "The Sculptress" starring Jeff Fahey, Patrick Bauchau and Katie Wright.
• "Heartwood"starring Jason Robards, Eddie Mills and Hillary Swank
• "Cherish" starring Robin Tunney, Tim
  Blake Nelson and Brad Hunt. 
• "Invisible Man" a documentary film directed by Avon Kirkland.

Curran G. Engel has produced and consulted for various production companies and independent film makers around the country.  His references are available upon request.

He is currently a member of the faculty at The Academy Of Art College in San Francisco, CA, instructing courses in Producing for Motion Pictures and Production Management.

"I believe that it is necessary to properly breakdown a script in order to accurately budget the project, and ultimately acquire financing.  If one has not carefully scheduled a project, one cannot expect an accurate estimate of the projects costs.  That would reduce a budget to no more than an educated guess," instructs Curran.

His services include a free initial consultation for one hour.  If asked, he will prepare a comprehensive script analysis, which includes:

• a breakdown and possible shooting schedule, prepared in Screenplay Systems’ Movie Magic software.
• an associated Movie Magic budget.
• a one hour presentation of the material including turning over the software documents.

Additional changes, or other additions requested by the client are billed separately.
